
Ladies and gentlemen, you are looking at proof that I finally pan fried flounder and flipped it without making it look like the face of
Freddy Krueger!
The fish was cooked in lemon, butter, and white wine and topped with capers. Flounder is my favorite
fish (to eat and catch!), so I was not surprised that it was tender, flakey, and not fishy. Just simple and
delish!
