

Tonight I baked yellowtail fish (frying without a stove exhaust=stinkfest) and made a sauce. The sauce was fun because I had never blanched tomatoes (I know, I was surprised as you are!). After peeling them, I roughly chopped them and added them with fresh basil to my already sautéed garlic.
Molly added edemami (her request) and sushi rice (Jeff's request).
Tasting the sauce ("Mmm, ok it's good. Wait, still
not sure, lemme taste again. Maybe just one more time...")
Molly plated it while I was upstairs
and didn't realize the sauce was to be put ON the fish, oh well!
