Vegetable Paella, ella, ella


This is my own version of paella, you could say. I did what Molly loves, and that's using whatever ingredients we have in the house so we don't have to spend money at the store.
I cooked Goya Spanish yellow rice in a rice cooker so I could steam green beans and edamame in the top part. While that was cooking, I sauteéd some onions, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and garlic glove.
