Lobster Landing in Clinton, CT claims to have the best lobster rolls around. Why? Because it's pure, unadulterated lobster in a bread roll. The lobster is so tightly packed in their rolls, I filled up after only eating half of one! These photos were taken by my mom (visiting from NC) and sister, but they brought me back a roll to have that night. Molly surprised my mom by bringing mini bottles of champagne left over from her wedding and orange juice to make mimosas. Sounds like I missed out!
