Some foods are best when eaten with an accent

I helped my grandmother prepare the dessert today since she was busy hovering over the stove finishing the dinner. She had already made blueberry and peach compote and a vanilla specked cookie dough. I pressed the dough into the cupcake pan and used heavy whipping cream (with powered sugar and vanilla) to make whipped cream. After dinner I assembled everything and topped with a bit of cinnamon. When recreating this dessert, I suggest using a cookie dough recipe that isn't so crumbly. I had quite a time getting the shells out of the molds without breaking them!
